You can ask us to permanently delete your account and its personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@copperflame.co.uk from your account email.
2. Use the subject “MyChair account deletion”.
3. Include your full name and account email.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify your identity. We will confirm when deletion is complete. Deletion is permanent, though limited records may be retained where legally required.
