Client data entered into the MyChair system belongs to the salon, stylist or therapist for the purpose of record keeping and appointment management. This information remains under the control and responsibility of the business using the app. Clients cannot directly delete their data from the system. Data deletion requests must be made directly to the business, who has the authority to remove or delete client records as needed.

Please note that even when client data is deleted, certain information will be retained for record keeping purposes only. This includes appointment date and time, and paid status. This retained data is used solely to maintain accurate financial and scheduling records and is not used for any other purpose.
